Snow King Resort, Jackson

I had a great family ski trip stay with an unbeatable location close to the ski hill. The hotel is priced for its location rather than luxury, but as long as you manage expectations, it can be a great experience. While the hot tub was crowded, it felt amazing in the cold weather. On the downside, the lobby could be warmer and the overall stay would have been enhanced with additional comfort features.

The hotel has a great location right next to the ski lifts, making it convenient for skiing. However, the property is quite dated, and I encountered several maintenance issues during my stay. While dining options were decent and enjoyable, the service left a lot to be desired with numerous miscommunications and delays.

We had a wonderful stay with a few minor hiccups. The staff truly wanted to make our experience enjoyable, and our room was clean and spacious. However, the loud air conditioning disrupted our sleep, and there were some issues with food allergies that could be improved. Overall, it's a great place we would return to if we find ourselves back in Jackson Hole.

The property is stunning, with beautiful condos and picturesque views. However, the service left much to be desired, as we encountered numerous issues with staff unresponsiveness and poor customer care. Despite the lovely surroundings, our experience was marred by unhelpful personnel and unresolved maintenance problems, making the high cost hard to justify.

On a positive note, I found the room spacious and comfortable, while the amenities like the pool had potential but weren't well maintained. While I appreciated the efforts from some staff members, the overall organization seemed lacking, affecting my stay.
